What this site is

Rocketman22AI offers custom AI images, AI videos including spokesperson videos, AI consulting (planning your pages, layout, and payment flow), and one-on-one training. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean Rocketman22AI, and "you" means anyone using this site or asking for my work.

Nothing is booked from this site alone

Looking around, or sending a request, does not create a contract. Work starts only after I send a written proposal and we both agree to it in writing. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed proposal, the signed proposal wins.

Who I work with

I only work with customers who are in the United States and are 18 years old or older. By sending a request, you confirm that you are 18 or older. I do not ask for or store ID photos.

No guarantees

I do my best work and I am honest about what is possible, but I cannot promise miracles or specific results. AI tools can be unpredictable, and results vary. If a job is too risky or not a good fit, I will tell you up front, and I may decline it.

About AI-made work

Images and videos made with AI may look similar to other work, and I cannot promise that nobody else has made or will make something like it. The law about who can own or register copyright in AI-generated material is still developing, so I do not promise that you can register or protect it. Your proposal explains how you may use what I deliver.

What you send me

Only send me material you have the right to use, such as clips, logos, photos, and references. I will not make work that copies someone else's protected material, copies a real person's face or voice without their permission, or is meant to deceive people or break the law. I also do not make political ads or propaganda, fake reviews, or sexual or graphic violent content.

Consulting is not professional advice

My AI consulting shares ideas and opinions to help you plan. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or security advice, and I am not a lawyer, accountant, or other licensed professional. You make the final decisions about your own business.

Please do not send sensitive information

Never send me passwords, financial account numbers, ID numbers, or other sensitive information. If you need to share something private for a job, ask me first and I will tell you the safe way to do it.

Prices, payments, and refunds

I do not post fixed prices on this site. The price for your job is agreed in your proposal. Deposits, milestones, revisions, refunds, and any sales tax that applies are explained in your proposal.

Limit of my responsibility

To the extent the law allows, my responsibility for any problem with my work is limited to the amount you paid me for that work. I am not responsible for losses that come from how you use what I deliver.

Using this site

The content here is for information and may change. Please do not copy my images, videos, or text without my permission. Links to other sites, such as YouTube, are controlled by those sites and follow their own terms.

Your privacy

This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own. When requests are open, the form asks for your name, your email, and a description of what you want. Requests are delivered to me through Formspree, a third-party form service, and its own privacy policy applies to how it handles them. I use what you send only to reply to you and to do the work. I do not sell it or show it publicly. If a request does not turn into a job, I delete it from my email and from Formspree after I reply. This site does not sell or share personal information, and it honors Global Privacy Control signals. My direct contact details are shared with paying customers, and I ask them not to pass them on.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time. The terms in your signed proposal are the ones that apply to your job. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
